The MASCO, Inc. (Mahoning County Adult Services Company) workshops are under the umbrella of the Mahoning County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities. Also affiliated with Leonard Kirtz School in Austintown, OH., MASCO, Inc. is a nonprofit company founded in 1967. MASCO, Inc. provides employment for almost 400 Mahoning County residents. Our workshops occupy over 60,000 square feet of work space. The MASCO employees work on a large variety of jobs including: Assembly, Packaging, Shrink Wrapping, Production, Manufacturing and Silk Screening.
